Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Each shirt is made after purchase, so please check the size guide carefully before ordering. Wrong-size returns may be limited unless required by applicable consumer law.

To start a return, contact us at whalesunitedsupport@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be requested and approved before sending the item back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item.

To help us evaluate the issue, please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, we’ll help make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged by the customer, or returned outside the return window, unless required by applicable law.

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Because each shirt is made after purchase, please check your size, color, and shipping details carefully before placing your order.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, unless an exception under applicable consumer law applies.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
